HengShun Chinkiang vinegar is all natural, fermented from glutinous rice and wheat bran. It has a mildly sweet taste and is used widely in both Chinese and Japanese cuisines. Use it to make a delicious chilli cucumber pickle or to accent meat or vegetable stir-fries. Or add some sliced fresh young ginger for dumpling dip, or add a spoonful into crab soup, or even dash some over fried rice.
